The Bhasma Aarti is performed daily at 4 AM using sacred ash. This unique ritual is not performed at any other Jyotirlinga temple in India. Advance registration is mandatory via the official Mahakaleshwar Temple website. Limited passes are available so book weeks in advance during peak season.
